Welcome to Wah Engineering College. In the serene environment and the city of highest literacy rate in the country we will endeavor for a better prospect for all. Pursuing engineering studies is challenging but is equally a fun. Wah Engineering College, being a little less than a decade old we may not be able to boast of the best facilities but they are close to same. We are continuously working on consolidation and improving our standing through induction of additional quality faculty, setting up of new laboratories, expansion of infrastructure and other academic and administrative facilities. We also have a unique setting where not only interaction with industry in the neighborhood is a reality; we can also share thought and experience with the backbone of the industry ‘the technicians’. The graduates are already making their presence felt in the market and during your stay you will be witness to the quality enhancement. From a humble start of three departments we have already launched two more departments in 2010 and also started our post graduate program from the same year.
Acquisition of knowledge and professional education has become an expensive affair. No doubt there are schemes for merit cum need based scholarship but remember for majority your parents are spending a lot on you and the best return you can provide them is by staying focused and achieving timely goals, contributing towards betterment of the family, society and the country. Ample opportunities are available for participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, actively participate in them and make best use of your stay here. We as a family have to grow together, carry yourself with pride and dignity, being aware of your rights and responsibilities and focused on your aim.
